Technical Requirements for GR7 Titanium Alloy Bar
1: The chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy bars shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3620.1, and the allowable deviation of chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3620.2 when the Demander re inspects.
2: The diameter or side length of the hot worked bar and its allowable deviation shall comply with the provisions in Table I.
3: After hot processing, after turning (grinding) and cold rolling, the allowable diameter deviation of cold drawn bars shall comply with the provisions in Table II.
4: After hot working, the out of roundness of the bar after turning (grinding) shall not exceed half of its dimensional tolerance.
5: The indefinite length of bar in processing state is 300-6000mm, and the indefinite length of bar in annealing state is 300-2000mm. The definite length or multiple length shall be within the range of indefinite length. The allowable deviation of definite length is+20mm; The multiple length shall also be included in the cut amount of the bar, and each cut amount shall be 5mm. The fixed length or multiple length shall be indicated in the contract.
