Surface quality: the surface roughness Ra value of the two end faces shall be no more than 3.2lμm (subject to the requirements of ultrasonic inspection), the surface roughness Ra value of the inner and outer surface shall be no more than 12.5μm(when ultrasonic inspection is required for the outer circumferential surface, it shall be no more than 3.2μm), and the chamfer radius shall be 5-15mm.

Product surface should not crack, fold, heavy skin and other visible defects. Local surface defects are allowed to be removed by grinding, the cleaning depth shall not exceed the dimensional tolerance, and the minimum allowable size shall be ensured. The ratio of cleaning depth and width should not be greater than 1:6 on the two end faces, and the inner and outer sides should not be greater than 1:10. The external side grinding should be axial.

Surface finish: clean, dust-free, better acid-resistant service life.

Testing: mechanical properties, chemical composition testing, ultrasonic testing.
