According to the thickness of the finished titanium plate, one or two hot rolling or three or four warm rolling can be selected:

Hot rolling: slab--heating--hot rolling--hot straightening--cutting and grinding
Warm rolling: heating-hot rolling-hot straightening-annealing-alkali pickling-grinding
Cold rolled:
One-time cold rolling--deoiling--annealing--alkaline pickling
Secondary cold rolling--deoiling--annealing--alkaline pickling
Flaw detection inspection: shear-mechanical properties and metallographic structure inspection.
