GR5 Titanium alloy disc materials are used in aviation, aerospace and other fields, among which a certain type of forging disc with a diameter of 1130 mm is the largest disc forging in China at present. In the process of production, in order to achieve the uniform structure of the disc, the material must be deformed in the forging process, which is difficult to achieve in the traditional forging process.
