The World’s Largest Titanium-Steel Composite Plate High-Pressure Distillation Tower Was Successfully Lifted
On February 20, Nanjing Baose Co. , Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Baose) produced the world’s largest titanium-steel composite plate high-pressure distillation tower which has an annual output of 2.5 million tons PTA to Hainan Yisheng Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. was successfully lifted.
The high-pressure distillation tower is the core equipment of the oxidation section of the independent PTA process in Hainan Yisheng. After 16 months of careful manufacturing, Baose has completed and successfully delivered the world’s largest titanium-steel composite plate distillation tower which has a total length of 80 meters, a diameter of 8.5 meters and a net weight of 1,300 tons. The smooth delivery and hoisting of the equipment, marking treasure shares in the PTA localization process has created a new record.
At the beginning of the project, in order to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment manufacturing, Baose set up a project leading group to develop a full-scale, full-detail manufacturing program.
