Titanium Alloy Plate
Titanium alloy is a alloy composed of other elements based on titanium. Titanium has two types of homogeneous isopic crystals: below 882 ° C is a dense hexagonal structure alpha titanium, and above 882 ° C is β -titanium with a cubic cube. Technical requirements: 1: The chemical components of titanium and titanium alloy plates shall comply with the regulations of GB/T 3620.1. When re -inspection is required, the allowable deviation of the chemical component shall comply with the regulations of GB/T 3620.2. 2: The allowable deviation of the thickness of the board should meet the requirements of Table 1. 3: The allowable deviation of the width and length of the board should meet the requirements of Table II. 4: The corners of the board should be cut into right angles as much as possible. When inclined, the bias of the length and width of the plate should not be exceeded.
The production status of titanium alloy plates:
Hot processing status (R) Cold processing status (Y) Antuction state (M)
Titanium alloy board manufacturing process: hot forging, hot rolling, cold rolling, annealing, pickling
Titanium alloy is a alloy composed of other elements based on titanium. Titanium has two types of homogeneous isopic crystals: below 882 ° C is a dense hexagonal structure alpha titanium, and above 882 ° C is β -titanium with a cubic cube.
The impact of alloy elements can be divided into three categories according to their impact on phase change temperature:
① The elements that stabilize the alpha phase and improve the phase transformation temperature are α stable elements, including aluminum, carbon, oxygen and nitrogen. Among them, aluminum is the main alloy element of titanium alloy, which has a significant effect on improving the normal and high temperature intensity of the alloy, reducing the proportion, and increasing the elastic modulus.
② Elements that stabilize β phase and reduce phase change temperatures are β stable elements, and can be divided into two types of crystal type and common analysis. Products with titanium alloy
The former includes molybdenum, 钒, 钼, etc.; the latter is chromium, manganese, copper, iron, silicon, etc.
③ The elements that have a small impact on the phase change temperature are neutral elements, including 锆, tin, etc.
Oxygen, nitrogen, bare and hydrogen are the main impurities of titanium alloys. Oxygen and nitrogen have a large solubility in the alpha phase, which has a significant reinforcement effect on titanium alloy, but decreases plasticity. The content of oxygen and nitrogen in titanium is usually below 0.15 ~ 0.2%and 0.04 ~ 0.05%, respectively. The solubility of hydrogen in the alpha phase is very small. Excessive dissolved hydrogen in the titanium alloy will produce hydrogenation and make the alloy crispy. Usually the hydrogen content in titanium alloy is controlled below 0.015%. The dissolution of hydrogen in titanium is reversible and can be removed with vacuum annealing.
