1. The purpose of titanium alloy polishing is to obtain a smooth and smooth grinding surface. At this time, there are still very fine and uniform wear marks on the grinding surface. Polishing is divided into two types: coarse grinding and fine grinding.

2. Coarse grinding Coarse grinding is to correct and shape rough surfaces and irregular shapes.

3. Fine grinding After rough grinding, there are still deep wear marks on the metal surface, which need to be eliminated during fine grinding to prepare for polishing.

4. Surface polishing process

The polishing process is to obtain a bright mirror-like surface process. Most use a polishing wheel to repeatedly polish the surface of the parts with very small unevenness, which is generally used for the modification of the surface of the coating.

Polishing is a coating surface or part surface-a process whose purpose is to remove the fine wear marks that remain on the surface after the polishing process. The ideal polished surface should be a mirror-like surface with flat, bright, no marks, sky relief, no pits, and no metal disturbance layer. Surface changes after grinding and polishing.

1: The chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy bars shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3620.1, and when repeated tests are required, the allowable deviation of the chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3620.2.

2: The diameter or side length of the hot-worked bar and its allowable deviation shall meet the requirements of Table 1.

3: After hot processing, the bar is turned (ground) and cold-rolled, and the allowable deviation of the diameter of the cold-drawn bar should meet the requirements of Table 2.

4: The out-of-roundness of the bar that has been turned (ground) after hot processing should not be greater than half of its dimensional tolerance.

5: The indefinite length of the processed bar is 300-6000mm, the indefinite length of the annealed bar is 300-2000mm, and the fixed or double length should be within the range of the indefinite length. The allowable deviation of the fixed length is +20mm ;The length of the double ruler should also be included in the incision amount of the bar, and the amount of each incision is 5mm. The fixed length or the length of the double ruler should be indicated in the contract
