The four major processes of hot rolling, cold rolling, pickling and creeping implement the system of operation chiefs, who make daily production target plans in strict accordance with dispatching instructions, continuously improve and enhance the quality of process products, reduce the scrap rate and increase the on-time delivery rate of products; the operation chiefs communicate with upstream and downstream processes and process authorities in a timely manner, and do a good job of product process quality control management to ensure smooth production. In the face of full load equipment operation, equipment maintenance personnel follow the equipment lubrication and daily maintenance work, communicate with each workshop at the first time, repair and eliminate faults on site, and improve the equipment integrity rate.
