1. Seamless titanium tube:

It belongs to extruded pipe. Including cold rolled pipe, spinning pipe, stretching pipe. The majority of titanium extruded products belong to cold processing pipe billets, but also include some hot extruded pipes, special-shaped parts, profiles and composite materials used as finished products.

Production process: There are two methods to prepare titanium tube billet: one is drilling/perforating extrusion process, the metal loss is large, but the tube billet wall thickness is uniform; The other is the cross rolling perforation process, the metal consumption is small, but the thickness tolerance of the tube blank is larger.

2. Welding titanium tube:

It belongs to welding pipe. Welding titanium pipe production process is short, high production efficiency, pipe length is not limited, suitable for the specification, variety, brand is relatively single, large batch of thin-wall pipe production.

Production process: titanium welded pipe production process: titanium strip winding - longitudinal shear molding - welding - shaping sizing - thermal treatment - straightening - eddy current, ultrasonic testing - air tightness testing - finished welded pipe.
