The titanium rod filter uses the titanium powder sintered filter element, generally uses in the coarse filter or the intermediate filter. Use Caution: 1. avoid scratch collision, dust and oil pollution. 2. The working pressure should not exceed the rated working pressure in use. 3. In normal use, there should be at least 3-5 minutes low pressure start-up time, the relative pressure difference should be controlled below 0.5 Mpa, then the working pressure should be gradually adjusted to the normal need (the maximum pressure should not exceed 0.4 Mpa) . 4. After a certain period of operation, the filter element may be blocked, resulting in increased pressure and decreased flow rate, need to backwash or backwash regeneration. The regeneration cycle depends on the rated pressure and flow rate.
