3、 Technical requirements for GR1 titanium rod

1: The chemical composition of GR1 titanium bar shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3620.1. When repeated inspection is required, the allowable deviation of chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3620.2.

2：The diameter or side length of the hot-worked bar and its allowable deviation shall comply with the provisions in Table 1.

3: After hot processing, the bar shall be turned (ground) and cold rolled, and the allowable deviation of the diameter of the cold-drawn bar shall comply with the provisions in Table 2.

4: The out-of-roundness of the rolled (ground) bar after hot processing shall not be greater than half of its dimensional tolerance.

5: The indefinite length of the bar in the processed state is 300-6000mm, and the indefinite length of the bar in the annealed state is 300-2000mm. The indefinite length or the double length should be within the indefinite length range. The allowable deviation of the definite length is+20mm; The multiple length shall also be included in the cut amount of the bar, and each cut amount shall be 5mm. The fixed length or multiple length shall be indicated in the contract.
