2. As the hardness of titanium alloy processing tools is higher, the texture is closer, and the heat transfer effect is better, so try not to use coated tools. Titanium alloy materials will react "affinity" with the titanium in the coating, causing "sticking".

3. Titanium alloy has low density, low hardness, and the material is very cotton, so it is easy to "let the knife". During rough machining, only "cutting not in place" will occur, but "over cutting" will not occur. In order to avoid the size of "let the cutter" not in place, the titanium alloy is processed repeatedly, and the allowance is kept as little as possible to improve the processing efficiency.

4. Cooling measures shall be taken during titanium alloy processing, and dry cutting is not allowed. Pay more attention to the finishing of small and micro cutting. Titanium alloy chips with very small particle size will "burn" at more than 200 degrees, affecting the molding quality of products.
