Ultrasonic Inspection Standard Characteristics Of Titanium Alloy Bar At Home And Abroad
The history of the establishment and development of our titanium alloy bar standards is characterized by a lot of reference to the similar standards of other countries at the same time according to the actual situation of our country and our own research results to choose, supplement and modify. There are some scientific and reasonable parts, but also some unreasonableness and imperfection inevitably due to the lack of experience in the establishment of the standard. Therefore, it is of great significance to constantly sum up experience and make comparative analysis with other similar standards for the formulation of new standards and the improvement of old standards.
The acceptance criteria of each standard in the form of various provisions, their own characteristics. From the perspective of classification characteristics, the standards with strong versatility and a wide range of application (such as AMS2380) mostly adopt different grades according to different section sizes (diameter or thickness) or types (plate, bar), which is easy to understand; And take a single standard for special standard, such as OCT190006, HB/Z36, QAS0202, G.S.T 02, etc. In particular, BMS72247, although adopting most of the requirements of MIL2F283142, changes the ultrasonic inspection standard to a single grade.
From the perspective of the content of the acceptance standard itself, due to the different sources of the acceptance level, there are simple and complex differences. Among them, MIL2F283142,BMS72247 and GJB1538292 are relatively complex. In addition to the single discontinuity standard, they all contain multiple discontinuity and strip discontinuity requirements, whose acceptance level is based on MIL2STD22154. In addition, each standard except OCT190006 and G.S.02 provides for noise levels caused by materials; In addition to OCT190006 and QAS0202, all standards have provisions for bottom reflection loss. It can be seen that in addition to the single discontinuity requirement, the noise level and bottom reflection loss requirements are relatively common.
