Difference and use of titanium dioxide mesh and black titanium mesh:

Both white titanium mesh and black titanium mesh are produced by pure titanium wire. The material grade of pure titanium wire is usually TA1, which has the advantages of high elongation, high titanium content, high mechanical strength and easy processing.

The processing method and machinery are the same - they are woven with plain square holes, and the testing methods and testing instruments of raw material wire diameter, material, elongation, tensile strength are the same. They are produced by mechanical processing of shuttleless woven mesh. Warp knitting, mesh surface leveling and laser cutting are the same.

III. Common points of packaging

The same packaging is used: the inner packaging is waterproof with bubble pad, and the outer packaging is packed with plywood box to prevent extrusion and collision.

IV. The only difference

The only difference is the surface: the white surface has no impurities, and the black surface has a layer of brushed graphite emulsion.

V. Purpose

The surface of titanium dioxide mesh does not contain any impurities, which is suitable for the filtration of titanium mesh anode, anode oxidation experiment, catalyst carrier support mesh, pure chemical liquid filter mesh and other uncontaminable solutions in the ion-exchange membrane electrolyzer.

The black titanium mesh surface contains brushed graphite emulsion coating, which is suitable for seawater desalination titanium filter screen and chemical filtration. The surface coating can slow down the erosion of titanium substrate and prolong the service life.
